Watching your child struggle emotionally can leave you feeling helpless, exhausted, and unsure of what to do next. Maybe your child is having frequent meltdowns, shutting down emotionally, struggling to focus, acting out at school, or constantly overwhelmed by anxiety and worry. You may have tried everything you know to help, yet nothing seems to truly reach them.
Many parents begin to question themselves—wondering if they are doing enough, saying the right things, or somehow failing their child. The truth is, when children are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or big emotions they cannot yet manage, they often do not have the tools to explain what is happening inside of them. Instead, their pain shows up through behaviors, emotional outbursts, withdrawal, irritability, or difficulty coping with everyday life.
You do not have to figure this out alone.
Therapy can provide your child with a safe place to express emotions, learn healthy coping skills, build confidence, and begin feeling understood instead of “bad” or “broken.” At the same time, parents gain support, guidance, and practical tools to better understand what their child is experiencing and how to respond in ways that strengthen connection instead of conflict.
Imagine your child feeling calmer, more confident, and able to communicate their needs in healthy ways. Imagine your home feeling less tense and more connected. Change is possible, even if right now it feels overwhelming.
Taking the first step can be the hardest part, but you do not have to have all the answers before reaching out. Together, we can begin helping your child move toward healing, emotional growth, and a brighter future.

If you’re reading this and feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure what to do next—you’re not alone. Even in this moment, when things may feel heavy or unclear, there is still hope. I believe every person has value, purpose, and a story worth being heard. My goal is to offer you a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin to process what you’re carrying—without pressure and at your own pace. I want you to feel informed and comfortable as you consider taking this step. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and provide services as a counseling intern under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor. This means you are supported not just by me, but by an experienced, licensed supervisor who helps guide my work. At times, I may consult with my supervisor to ensure you are receiving the best possible care. Your privacy is important, and any consultation is handled with respect and confidentiality. For those who desire it, I am open to integrating faith into the counseling process, recognizing that spiritual beliefs can be a meaningful source of strength, comfort, and healing. This will always be guided by your preferences and what feels right for you. When you’re ready, you can request an appointment using the link below. I would be honored to sit with you, hear your story, and begin exploring what moving forward with hope can look like for you.
