As a parent it can be so frustrating to feel lost when it comes to handling your child’s emotional outbursts or difficulty staying focused throughout the day. When these behaviors occur frequently in a child’s life, whether due to ADHD, anxieties, or difficulty handling big emotions, children can begin to feel like something is wrong with them, that they can never do anything right.
